1Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to Ceriabet. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and Ceriabet ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Ceriabet platform on the website ceriabet.ws, you automatically agree to be bound by all Terms set out in this document.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the Ceriabet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Is an individual registering on their own behalf — not on behalf of another person, company, or any legal entity.
• Not subject to any local legal restrictions that would prevent you from using an online betting platform.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Ceriabet reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Inaccurate registration information or falsified identity verification documents.
• Suspicious activity potentially involving fraud or money laundering.
• Requests from legitimate legal authorities.
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion purposes.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Ceriabet reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings without compensation. If the closure is for reasons other than a breach (such as a self-request or business decision), any valid balance in the account will be returned to the member once the review is complete.
